    A recent issue caused some inventory to appear delayed or “unavailable” in the marketplace.  What happened was the result of an unexpected issue during scheduled data maintenance in the back-end. The issue is fixed, and all listings are now live and visible!

    Thank you again to everyone who helped report and track the issue. Our team is here to make sure that collectors and sellers can enjoy the marketplace without disruption. We remain committed to earning your trust every day.

    We are still experiencing delays with inventory status updates and new items listed for sale. All of the data is intact, but the information is slow to update on the platform.

    We understand this impacts sellers greatly and we are working as hard as possible to get everything caught up. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

    Inventory management and search are functioning as expected, with real-time updates occurring as soon as changes are made. We continue monitoring order statuses and Wantlister, which continue to see degraded performance.

    Wantlist data is now up-to-date. No data was lost during this issue. Work is continuing on refreshing inventory search and payments data.

    Our team is aware of issues with slow marketplace listings, order status updates, and Wantlist changes. We are on the case.

    What happened: Discogs ran into an unexpected issue with scheduled data maintenance on March 27. All of our data is secure but there is a delay in your experience on the platform.

    What you can do: You can keep listing items for sale, processing orders, and making changes to your Wantlist. Rest assured that all of the changes are being tracked – everything will just take a moment to show up.

    What we’re doing about it: We found the root issue and are working on a fix as quickly as possible. We will update this status page with the latest information

    Updated at 3:35 pm PST on Friday, March 28: All order statuses and refunds should be properly displayed by Tuesday, April 1st at 10 pm PT. If you export your data, such as Marketplace orders, the file will include all of the correct information.
